Smaller classes, well trained and vetted staff who are sincere in their Yiddishkiet. I know of Rabbeim who talk the whole Davening, including chazaras hashatz and kaddish, if you don’t really believe in this religion how dare you teach it to the next generation?! What we propose will never happen though.
