According to the Jerusalem Post, The Jerusalem District Court has officially approved the sale of the city’s Bikur Cholim Hospital to Russian Israeli billionaire Arkady Gaydamak for $32 million.
Gaydamak had almost lost the deal when shopping mall mogul Lev Leviav out-bid him. Gaydamak was awarded the deal anyways, since Leviav planned to transform the aging hospital into a real estate project, & Gaydamak has promised to upgrade & modernize the hospital by pumping major funds into the hospital.
As YW had reported (HERE) Gaydamak met with the Gavad Yerushalayim Rav Yitzchak Tuvia Weiss Shlita, and promised him the hospital would be operated in accordance with Halacha and top-of-the-line technology.

May Hashem continue to bless this man with all the brachos that allow him to do all that he has pledged, and more. I can only begin to imagine his share in Olam Haba.
