So you’re contending that looking at the photos alone is just like being there? If a medical professional would be examining the pt. at that time -there is no way to tell whether the pt. had significant injuries or not. The only way to tell that this pt. doesn’t have bleeding in the brain is with a Cat scan. The only way this ME knows there was no significant injuries is due to the fact Zim is standing here alive and healthy. So her medical opinion is based on that fact -so she can state that the injuries are not significant. So since No medical professional seeing the pt. at that time would claim the injuries aren’t significant, in essence claiming that now by seeing some pictures is a lie because it’s not based on medical opinion at the time of injury, just the fact of his health now!
Hopefully the Jury won’t be fooled like you were. Her testimony is not worth a plumb nickle.
