Police say a 19-year-old from New York City who died in a fall from the 10th floor of a Las Vegas Strip resort parking structure might have been trying to take a photo of the Las Vegas skyline. The Clark County coroner’s office on Monday identified the dead man as Eli Tormheim Z”L of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Las Vegas police Officer Laura Meltzer says investigators determined that Tormheim’s fall a little after 7 p.m. Sunday at the Venetian Hotel & Casino was an accident.

Authorities say he was taken by ambulance to University Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he was R”L pronounced dead.
