1 pound pastrami, shredded
½ cup sauerkraut
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons spicy mustard
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon paprika
2 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon oil
2 sheets puff pastry
¼ – ½ cup Cantonese duck sauce, optional
Sauté onions in oil over medium-high heat until soft and golden. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture in half and place along side of one sheet. Roll up and seal and place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down. Drizzle each roll with half the duck sauce, if desired (you may want to use baking pan instead of cookie sheet if using the sauce) Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until dough is golden brown.
