Yes its all done laparoscopical,the surgery takes about 40 min and your home the next day for most ppl,most ppl are back to work after 3 to 4 days. for the first week your on liquids only water ice chips that’s phase 1. Then for 2 to 3 weeks your on the shakes 3 times a day then you can start with mushy foods like yogurt puree food slowly, you get to work very closely with you Dietitian all the time.! thing about the sleeve surgery its PERMANENT! Remember this surgery is only a tool to help you loose weight there is work like exercise and sticking to the eating habits, Whoever did the surgery is very happy and are loosing nicely.
