If something is feminine because it’s based on normal feminine tendencies (I think preening in front of a mirror is an example, see Igros Moshe we mentioned earlier), or masculine because it’s immodest for a woman (trousers), we can say it’s objectively feminine or masculine, and I think that’s what happening in these cases.
