A 7.5 earthquake has hit off the central coast of Peru. Tsunami warnings have been issued for large parts of the Pacific Coast. AP reports three quakes have hit. Buildings reportedly collapsed and blackouts are being reported as well. UPDATE: 8:38AM EST: The death toll in the earthquake has reached 337 with more than 1,290 injured, the country’s health minister, Carlos Vallejos said.

actually it was a 7.9 magnitude. for anyone who has ever felt a real earthquake, it makes a very big difference.
