Yaakov doe – If nobody realized anything was off until they DNA tested it, that means it was obviously not noticeable in those processed products. It’s the principle of the matter that bothers people; kind of like not eating dogs, rats, and cats – though in some Asian countries they do. Yehudayona is right: If you can’t notice the difference then it’s all psychological, and it’s very interesting that people who eat shellfish, pork, and rabbit are bothered when it comes to horses.
