What I don’t understand is what the school did wrong by not accepting his kids. Every school is entitled to pick and choose which families and what type of students they allow in. And there is a good reason for many schools not to want his family disrupting their school. (No matter if his kids are great or not!) Where I live schools all the time decide not to allow kids in. Or if they do not believe the family if frum enough for the school. Especially, if this man wants to bring his boys to girl schools and girls to boy schools. It’s the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of and the schools have every right to refuse their entry. I also do not see how he is winning the court cases.
