a) Parshas Shekolim is not Parshas Zochor, so if it becomes necessary to miss Shul:- so be it; Just remember to finish Seudo Shelishis long before nitefall, so that no questions arise about which Birkas haMozon to recite
b) Assume your Eiruv is down.
