if you mean a shana rishona apartment and your doing this from afar i would recommend yisa bracha. you pay 50 buckas and every night for 2 months you get an email with a ton of diros who registered with YB. easy as pie. you can specifically request which neighborhoods and a price cap. janglos apartments arent for the yeshiva crowd, theyre more for students w/ roommates etc. good luck.
