The other guy, went in the wrong direction a coupe times, and almost ran over in the crosswalks (pedestrians have precedence).
Did you omit an all important & vital piece of information that the other guy maybe was from Britain or Australia? & thought s/he is supposed to be driving on the left.
Perhaps the other guy thought that Israel was still under the British Mandate so that s/he drove on the left? If so, this other guy is almost 6&1/2 decades out of date.
p.s. I have driven plenty in North America {USA & Canada} & plenty in Europe {including the UK} but always use Egged (& now of-course the wonderful overcrowded streetcar} in Israel and would never rent a car in Israel. I also don’t allow my spouse nor my kids to rent a car in Israel.
