What my havrusa did is get 2 of our friends (one whom is quite big) to get in his car (which is either shomrim or hatzallah) which has lights and sirens, and pull him over. Get them both out of the car, and make her open the trunk releasing the balloons and banner saying “will you marry me?”. If that’s a little over the top, I hear you. It’s an idea nonetheless.
