from my understanding it is very dangerous you do loose alot of weight but can gain it back because there is not adjustments like the band.
the band if something happens and is undetected a person can die
the band is the easiest and the safest of all of them and your stomach doesnt have a chance to strech out cuz you can keep on doing adjustments
