Likewise mifakchin al tzorchei tzibur is allowed in many instances. There are MULTIPLE instances that we can be dan lkaf zchus, and I don’t mean r”l bmokom pikuach nefesh for a choleh…what would R’ Levi Yizchok Barditchiver say?
