It is ok to say that it is hard that you are feeling forced to send your daughter to Eretz Yisrael for seminary. It is ok to bring in ideas in The US IT IS NOT OK TO SAY THAT GIRLS SHOULD NOT GO TO SEMINARY IN ERETZ YISRAEL. There is nothing in the world that can compare to spending a year in Eretz Yisrael. Although there are great seminaries here and yes, maybe more girls should start going if their parents cant afford seminary in Eretz Yisrael but there is something that the enviroment there does for someone that no where here can accomplish no matter how special and incredible the place.
