Kilobear, my brothers found that in Israel and brought it home with them. They actually drink it when they’re really in a nutty mood.
Supposedly, it costs cheaper then regular rubbing alcohol (in Israel) so my grandmother uses it to disinfect her apartment whenever she goes there to visit!
