Here’s an easy one for the winter:
1 shot of Irish Whiskey
1 teaspoon of lemon/lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
6 cloves
4 shots of hot water
Add the water last; the other ingredients should be stirred together before adding water.
Serve in an old fashioned glass – it looks like tea, tastes like tea, but has a nice zing.
