[PHOTO LINK BELOW] Just as he does on all the Shalosh Regalim, Maran Hagon Rav Elyashiv Shlita visited the Kosel on Chol Hamoed.

The Posek Hador arrived at the Kosel early Friday morning, surrounded by security guards. His vehicle was driven all the way into the Kosel Plaza, allowing Rav Elyashiv to Daven without exiting the vehicle.

Rav Elyashiv has been very weak the past few weeks, and is suffering from sever pain in his legs, preventing him from delivering his daily Shiurim.

This past Rosh Chodesh Nissan Rav Elyashiv marked his 101st birthday.

Rav Elyashiv was Zoche seeing the birth of a sixth generation close to two years ago, a great grandchild to Rav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita, a son to his great grandchild, R’ Yonatan Hoenigsberg.

May he be Zoche to greet Moshiach in our days!
