The more yeshivish/kollel types are more in the northern part of Passaic Park (Passaic’s 3rd ward). In general the baalebatish are south of the park and in Clifton. Hispanics in PP seem to be mostly east of Main. P/C is very convenient for those working in Manhattan. The ‘brkln crowd’ is a mixed blessing, IMO.
