Rabbi of Berlin: Rashi on the Pasuk of ‘Lo Sikrevu’ (Vayikra 18:6) answers your question stating that ‘Lo Sikrevu’ is written in the plural (in contradistinction to the beginning of the Pasuk ‘Ish ish…'[Sifsei Chachomim]) specifically to include women in the Issur.
