Ohr Chodesh: Correct. I would say that any Sephardi woman (aside from certain particular Kehillos that never followed R’ Ovadia) who wears a Sheitel is quite mistaken. Even though I think the Sugya is M’vuar not like R’ Ovadiah, he is still clearly the Posek Hador Ham’kubal for all Sephardim and Chalilah to go against him.
