Ready now: I don’t know about that “most”. Almost any Sephardic Rabbi would be plain wrong if he said that. You can’t go against R’ Ovadiah. So you’re down to half already. And there’s no Makor whatsoever to Asser loose pants. Why would “most Rabbis” have a problem with them (I’m talking Halachically, not societally)?
