Sam2: It wasn’t directly saying yes or no. But I now understand you to mean that, yes, MBP is done as part of the adult milah, but there is no chashash of there being anything inappropriate with it.
By the way, can an adult receiving a (full) bris milah for the first time, do so under anesthesia (with a mohel doing the bris after he is medically put under anesthesia)?
