I don’t know – these last two weeks have been very disheartening for me. It seems like the more we strive to be better people, the further and further we fall…the latest news articles have all been very hard on me. Then I open Tanach and look at how every generation was constantly battling serving Hashem properly – will we ever get it right? Or is Hashem just going to rescue us because we are so bad?
