Yitay: Ooh, that is a good additional problem. Never thought of that one. But it’s only Shayach where there’s no Eruv. I’m not sure it’s a problem though. Even if it’s not a Begged it’s still a Malbush, and if you want to assume that at the very least there’s a Safek whether it’s a Begged or not (though in America K’negged an accepted P’sak of R’ Moshe I don’t know if the opposing Shittos can even count to make this a Safek) then wearing the Tzitzis to be Yotzei the Safek should count as a Noi.
