If you would like something like that it’s best to get a filtering plan from an ISP like Jnet, which filters even before the router, making access through your own line (almost) 100% filtered. Of course, you should STILL apply a good filter at the browser level to keep people from bypassing the ISP filter using https. You should also lock up Wi-Fi devices to keep people from using them to connect to other networks, particularly iPod Touch-like devices. Plead with your neighbors to lock their Wi-Fi with a good WPA password, just in case someone brings their own device from somewhere.
