We should be clear here. Fun City is NOT a restaurant. It is an indoor amusement park that sells food and drinks from a concession stand. There is no reason to assume that the kosher and non kosher food is sold from the same “stand” and there is no reason to assume that just because Fun City is open on shabbos the kosher concession stand is also open on shabbos.
