some people are a little full of themselves and should not consider themselves so high and mighty.i am referring to poster(s)not folks from teh organization.
there are many personalities in all organizations and again i will say the majority dont do it for the thanks. they do it coz they genuinely want to help others. the few conrolling or pompous folks should not make people have a bad taste for teh entire organization.
