Try going to a nutritionist who can teach you how to eat better and weigh you once a week. If you are diabetic your insurance might cover the cost.
Choose an exercise that you enjoy. I like to walk on the treadmill while listening to something. Try to plan your workouts for the morning (or else it never gets done).
