Emuna and bitachon are more or less the same. They are the faith that whatever Hashem gives us is for the ultimate good.As with everything else there are many madreigot. Bitachon is action in so far as it gives us the koach to do what we must.However, it does not mean that we can “test” Hashem and do something foolish and unnecessary.
