7:22PM EST: A car-carrying tractor-trailer has crashed on NYS Route 17 westbound at Exit 122 shutting down all lanes of the highway backing up traffic for miles. Heavy equipment has been brought to assist in removing the truck and debris. Rabbi Bernard Freilich, special assistant to the Superintendent of the New York State Police has notified Yeshivaworld that at this time the highway has been reopened.
