No piece of square dry paper can be folded more than 7 times in half!
I have heard this, but do not believe it.
If you begin with a piece of toilet paper which is 100 billion miles long, and fold it 8 times, the length will be 390,625,000 miles.
I see no reason why a paper which is that long and is the thickness of 2,000 pieces of toilet paper could not remain folded.
