Gefen: That’s also against an explicit Gemara. You can’t change Hashem’s Gezeira either way (but a Tzibbor can change for the better but not for the worse), but it can be mitigated both ways. Meaning, a Bracha can change to come at a time where it isn’t really a Bracha and a K’lala can be changed to a form where it’s actually beneficial.
