The only thing for which i want to criticize you, is the second word of your subtitle under your name. Otherwise, the D”T was engaging, and I think it head a wonderful lesson to impart. The essence of Midrash (or Medrash, who cares HOW it’s spelled?) is to teach us a valuable bit of universal insight. In this case, that there are no small jobs (only small people, perhaps?), and we all have tafkidim to fulfill that are unique to ourselves. if we do them well, then we are fulfilling Ratzon Hashem.
