Few points…
1)Something has to be done to improve this “crisis”.
2)No one wants to invest so much money especially with an organization they don’t trust.
What if each girl would give this money to her local Shul to hold in escrow? I know this isn’t a perfect solution but I’m just opening the door for others to come up with a better plan.
