When it comes to money I don’t trust anyone. This sounds like a scam to me. If you want people to trust you then you have to say who you are, what your credentials are, which rabbonim support you and which rabbonim are being trusted to hold the monies involved. Too many Rabbonim have been involved in money fraud. This whole thing is too sketchy. Unless Rabbonim sign their names to this and some Honorable Rav is taking responsibility for holding the money and returning the money, this is just unreliable.
