Most Conservatives have Kosher Brisin (unless you’re Chassidish and hold that M’tzitzah B’peh is M’akev Afilu B’dieved, which is a tough Shittah to hold by anyway), so that probably wasn’t a concern. It was a Bris in the building. I think that’s enough to not say Tachanun.
