You know, that is just silly. Either Hashem creates life or He does not. If there are more females than males (and it would seem that if al pi halacha a man could have taken more than one wife 2,000 years ago, that there had to be an excess of women then, as well), then it is not our doing. neither is it any wrongdoing kivyachol by Hashem.
