Stabbing-Spree Suspect Due In Brooklyn Court

The man accused in a bloody stabbing rampage that left four dead and four wounded across New York City is due before a Brooklyn judge.

Maksim Gelman has been held without bail on charges of murder and assault.

The 23-year-old has said he was set up. His attorney has not yet commented on the case.

Authorities say the 23-year-old became unhinged during an argument last week over keys to his mother’s Lexus.

They say he then stabbed his stepfather to death, sped away and committed other attacks — both targeted and random — for the next 28 hours.

He’s accused of stabbing an acquaintance and her mother to death and mowing down a pedestrian.

  1. “The 23-year-old has said he was set up”. What kind of excuse is that? Even if a sane person was asked to stab 4 people including his girlfriend, he would not do it!
Also, #1, just curious. What are you trying to imply?
