I have a hard time believing that killing Nazis in a video game would even come close to being considered a the mitzvah of destroying amalek in general I think its better to stay away from violent games because everything you see has an effect on you and you become less sensitive to violence. But strategy games and sports games and the like would be ok as long as you are doing it in moderation and because you need a break. Also make sure you do not get into the game too much, for example by friend once threw something at someone because they accidentally blocked the screen which made him lose, the game is not real life and it is definitely not more important than a real person.
