A man was sentenced to nine months in jail for spray-painting swastikas on the entrance of City Councilman Jack Weiss’ San Fernando Valley office – as was reported HERE on YW. Adonis Irwin, 32, received three years probation after pleading no contest to vandalism, posting a swastika on private property and a hate crime charge, said city attorney’s spokesman Jonathan Diamond.
He was ordered to undergo psychological counseling and to stay away from Weiss and his official offices, Diamond said.
Irwin was arrested May 4, a day after three red-and-black swastikas printed on paper were found glued to the doors of the Jewish councilman’s field office. A note with anti-Semitic messages and the phrase “Heil Weiss” also was left, authorities said.

Accuracy in reporting point: looks like the offending symbols were glued on, not spray painted.
I truly hate to say this, but this criminal, as nasty and psycholtic as he apaprently is, does not sound like an anti-Semite. He said that Weiss is a nazi, and so forth, not that he sides with nazis and wants to kill Jews. The paper he pasted to the door seemed to say that Weiss has no time for Jewish chidlren.
I mean, the guy is nuts and probably a danger to society, and he should probably be locked up for good, but was it anti-Semitism? (And maybe that makes no difference. He needs to be put away anyway.)
