do the people on the block even know that they moved in? maybe the people who saw them on Shabbos thought they were just passing through. I live in Kensington and we are excited when we get new frum neighbors but sometimes people move in to basements or attics as tennants and to be honest i have no idea that they even moved in for a long time.
