9:55AM EST: The Capital One Bank on 13th Avenue has just been held up at gunpoint, YWN has learned.
The man reportedly walked into the bank located at 4612 13th Avenue, wearing a ski-mask, and handed the teller a note demanding money. Sources tell YWN he was armed with a handgun.
He was handed an unknown amount of money – without a ‘dye pack’.
The NYPD is searching for a white male, approximately 6 feet in height, thin build, wearing a burgundy sweater, sunglasses, and carrying a messenger bag.
A Level 1 mobilization has been requested to assist in searching for the suspect.

WHERE was the sicuretey gard
#1 the security Guard was probably taking spelling lessons
Times are tough. A man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do. Of course, he had such a choice of banks, he probably scouted the one that had the worst security. Must have been terrifying for the teller & other people in the bank.
hey Eric55, b nice!!
Security Guard?!?!
I haven’t seen a security guard in a bank in 20 years!!!
Now they rely on cameras and bullet-proof partitions.
TD Bank has no bullet proof partitions but relies on off duty cops in uniform. I assume it’s more effective.
