I am willing to wager any money that if the YU Beacon published a story of a YU guy who proudly recounted how every Sunday night he hangs a noose on a tree in front of his black neighbors house as he and some of his YU friends yell racist comments, the YU administration would very quickly officially and publicly condemn that in unequivocally strong words.

YU also has freedom of speech to register their opposition to something. YU saying they oppose something does not infringe upon anyone else’s speech.
