howie goldschmidt goes for his regular shrink appt.
he says: doc you know this morning over my usual breakfast of a coffee and donut, i was mulling over my progress here, and i think i have to find a new shrink, you just remind me so much of my mother, maybe its just transference or something, i dont know, what do you think?
the doctor answers: a coffee and donut, you call that breakfast?
