FDNY is reporting that a large parapet wall has collapsed at 2274 Grand Concourse @ East 183rd Streets – injuring a few people. One woman in he low 20’s is reported to have an amputated leg, and a young boy has multiple fractures and other blunt trauma injuries. Large rescue response in on the scene.
