Kiddush Hashem, since davening is a mitzvah and by doing so he was able to daven with a minyan whereas otherwise he would miss minyan. Plus there are so many empty unused handicapped parking spots that no one is using, that the 15 minutes he is in shul davening will cause no one to lose that spot.
