I don’t see how this could possibly be Mutter -you have to use a Metro card to get in – unless you jump the turnstile -which wouldn’t be Mutter either.

I never condoned their behavior -just said you can’t prosecute s/o on things like murder, even when their behavior is not on the up & up. They can only be found guilty on crimes they have committed, not alleged to have committed. I’m sorry that you can’t see my point of view.
